kite reflection (6-D) february 4, 2013
1) I feel like the colors are my best part, because they are iowa state themed
2) I think I could have did a better tape job, because it kind of looks sloppy
3) The theme of my kite was vertical stripes, because I feel like it makes it look taller
4) My shape is a triangle, and I chose that because I feel like it was simple to make.
5) My major colors are yellow, red, and black. I chose those colors because it had to fit the iowa state theme I had going on.
6) I think that the sharpie and tyvek were great ideas, the tape on the other hand was kind of dificcult to deal with, but maybe we just need to use a different kind, because it was hard to tape.
7) I learned that the use of sharpie is a great way to add color to alot of things, I also learned that no matter how hard a project gets, or frustrating it is, not to give up.
8) First I cut out the triangle, then I started to color half of the kite, then I decided to start working on the tails instead, so I got the tails finished, then I proceeded to finish the other half of the kite. I then flipped it over, and colored the whole back side. After my colors we done I
made the fin, then colored that. The last step was putting on the wooden dowls so it had support
9) I feel like it wasnt the best project, but it still was fun. Maybe I just didnt like how difficult the construction was
